Our services start with the field technicians. We currently employ twelve certified field technicians and two field technician assistants. All of our field technicians are properly trained and attend training once a year to obtain their certifications. Our meters are icar approved and calibrated on a yearly basis. We also work with various icar approved on farm meters, a list of these approved meters can be found on the QCS website under the resources tab. Field technicians are responsible for recording milk weights and collecting samples for an entire herd on a monthly basis. Samples are then sent to the lab.

Central Counties DHIA works with the following processing centers, Agritech Analytical, Amelicor, and DRMS. After samples are analysed results are then transmitted to the processing center. Information is typically ready for download within 48 hours after receiving the samples at our lab. If there is no processing center involved we generate various reports in house which can be emailed, mailed or faxed.
We also work along side various analytical companies.
